Out here when the water is murky I find it ...Nice! Out here when the water is murky I find it much easier to get close to the big fish. If it is clear I have to make long casts. My general rule in murky water is to go slower than I think I should go, and then slow down some more. Then I can sometimes sneak to within a rod length of a tail and drop the fly on the area where the head should be.
