Here is clue #3 in our Guess The Mystery Fly Game.  Once again we are looking for an exact name of this pattern including color, whether it has or does not have a beadhead, and even hook size.

Here is the clue.  The original pattern of this fly has undergone many additions or variations over the years including the addition of flash materials and even rubber legs at time.  However, the original form is still the most popular and considered by many as the most popular fly in the world.
